A couple of weeks late, but both Westworld and Handmaid's Tale wrapped up their second seasons. (my last discussion of tv shows also included 13 Reasons Why, s2 of which wrapped up earlier, as in, we binge watched, and was great and I highly recommend it and I meant to write about it at the time but oh well; go watch it's good

Snuh, "Oppression Porn" ... Yes, it's a thing and it ever-so-often captivates TV execs and their audiences here... In a 'reality-tv' format...

Ugh. I'm not sure I want to see reality-tv oppression porn. That sounds genuinely sick, I have an image of "Homeless House, where the winner gets to quit eating out of dumpsters and the various schizos vote weekly to kick one out of the house and into their box, which is now inhabited by a giant centipede!"

"Battered and Broken: Today, Marie is not only forced to give custody of little Sheen back to Patrick after the judge disbelieved their allegations of molestation, but in order to retain partial custody, Marie must apologize to Patrick for starting the fight that left her hospitalized w/broken ribs, jaw, cheekbone and a punctured lung!"

Or did you just mean watching reality TV at all was oppression porn? I can see that.

Just watched the finale kf handmaid's tale. Fucking frustrated as all hell.

Hell yes. Hopefully I got this cut up before you saw it, if you still hadn't seen the finale. Accidentally screwed it up the first time.

I'm really, really pissed off (at the show, not just the evil characters, and even at June, at this point)
