so i finally got around to submitting some more stuff to a journal. the new bestiary magazine had a call for their second issue which was themed hip hop, and i had a couple pieces that i did that dont really fit into my manuscripts so off they and a third on ewent ( Read more... )

if that's true, that's insane. what were you waiting for? you're f-ing brilliant. your stuff is built for submission...my jaw's grazing the south pole.

actually, that is a mistake. i'd forgotten, i've submitted to rattle a couple of times. but i havent submitted much, and definitely not as much as i've been intending too over this past year.

Yeah, Cristin's been badgering us to submit, and I finally jumped on it this past year. I'm glad I did. If I'm getting published, then there's no way YOU won't. Just ten minutes a day or something, maybe four or five submissions a week, that's all it would really take. You're busy, but it wouldn't take that much time.
