I get to go to Buenos Aires in December--it's going to be a very bizarre trip because I am part of a symposium interviewing torture victims from the Dirty Wars during the day (research for my PhD), but then we are supposed to go tango and stuff at night. I've wanted to go to Buenos Aires ever since I was 13 and got to dance in Evita--kind of a silly reason, but it's true. Anyhoo, I love your list--many wonderful places.
