Air Canada is a shitty airline, which makes me sad. Like since it's Canadian is should be better :P

I know, right? and really, I actually have had much better experiences with airlines in the US, I'm being facetious with the American comment. I think it's because Air Canada had an almost monopoly for a long time so they just did what they wanted and haven't bothered to change.
