Oh, hi! Well, so...if you don't count my last entry from July 2010, it's been well over 4 years since I've really blogged here. I see that imzadi and Triman and are still here. Some of the original users! I love it.

They've changed some buttons. I'm a little confused and don't know what a bunch of them are. I guess I've blogged a bunch on Wordpress and Blogger

Yep I'm here and getting ready for a rockstar return to short course racing, and so over ironman. Strangely I find I'm training harder than I ever did for ironman. I have a splash and dash tomorrow I'm going to try to go faster at than I have since 2009, a 5k at the end of the month I'm shooting for a 5k PR and then its the Rookie.

Which years was it we met at that race? You've achieved so much since then, amazing. I'm forever grateful for the original design for my bike shoe block, for the iterative design enhancements you did for my running shoes. There is no doubt I owe much to you young padwan, mojo you will have.

I just need to get back to writing and completing all my livejourmal race entries since the fateful race at Challange Roth, which we are also linked through.

Glad to see you here. Good luck with your goals! I'm not sure what my goals are these days. I have some, but I'm not all that focused. Just enjoying the non-traveling life.
