What do you do when every argument is inevitably your fault, and every time you get in a bad mood, you're just "being an ass". She's walking a fine line right now, and it's fortunate for her that I love her. I don't want to be like my father, and just leave when things get bad... but a life you can't enjoy is truly not worth living. It would be ( Read more... )

The only thing i can tell you is that maybe she's having issues with something else and takes it out on you, it's hard but sometimes if you can find out the reasoning behind why someone acts a certain way you can fix all sorts of problems. Best of luck to ya man

Scott is absolutely right.

I do know that you had problems in your relationship before you got married. And yet you went ahead with it. How is it that she's the one who's walking the fine line now when you had a good idea of these issues from the get-go and chose to commit yourself to her anyway?

Stick around and work it out. Couples counseling, whatever you need to do but running away shouldn't even be an option in your mind. Marriage is for "better or for worse", not "for better or until shit gets too difficult." You owe both her and yourself a lot more than that.

Beyond that, isn't your wife pregnant? Obviously she's going to be more cantankerous than usual and can't really be blamed for that. Everything is your fault right now in her eyes- that's just the way it works. Hopefully that will improve after the baby comes but in the meantime, you just have to be patient with her.

That sucks man. I wish I had some sort of advise, but I don't. All I can say is you can call me anytime you need to talk. It takes strong character for people to admit they are wrong. Some people aren't good at doing that and will force blame where ever they can.

Marriage sucks sometimes, but that doesn't mean you give up that easily. Deal with your problems because trust me divorce is worse than having several severe arguements.

Be supportive of her. You might think you know what she is going through but you don't. You have no clue what it is like to be pregnant. So yes, right now everything is your fault.

Be the bigger person. Just do what needs to be done. You will be better off in the end when things settle down.
