I do know that you had problems in your relationship before you got married. And yet you went ahead with it. How is it that she's the one who's walking the fine line now when you had a good idea of these issues from the get-go and chose to commit yourself to her anyway?
Stick around and work it out. Couples counseling, whatever you need to do but running away shouldn't even be an option in your mind. Marriage is for "better or for worse", not "for better or until shit gets too difficult." You owe both her and yourself a lot more than that.
Beyond that, isn't your wife pregnant? Obviously she's going to be more cantankerous than usual and can't really be blamed for that. Everything is your fault right now in her eyes- that's just the way it works. Hopefully that will improve after the baby comes but in the meantime, you just have to be patient with her.

Be supportive of her. You might think you know what she is going through but you don't. You have no clue what it is like to be pregnant. So yes, right now everything is your fault.
Be the bigger person. Just do what needs to be done. You will be better off in the end when things settle down.
