So, today was kinda awesome. I woke up, talked to Kathleen about college and future. It was pretty helpful. Then, I watched tv and did nothing for what seemed like quite a long time. Then, Kenneth
got home from work, and we walked Gabbie. Then, we were gonna go to Barrack's Road for a bit, but his mom stopped us and asked Lars to drive her somewhere. So, we dropped her off on the street and then went to the meeting place. While we waited for her, we listened to a bunch of music on the radio, and I found out that he really likes this girl named Stacie Orrico. And he sang all the words to "Bounce Back". It was really funny.
Then, when we got back to his house, we went down to Barrack's Road and into Barnes & Noble, because I felt uber sick. And Lars showed me this transvestite that works there. Earlier, he showed me this might-be-gay-guy-who-everyone-has-a-crush-on guy. I refuse to believe that he is gay though because he is hot and i was wearing pinstriped pants.
then we walked by this awesome pizza place that we went to every day two summers ago, but I haven't been at all this summer. He asked if I wanted to get a slice and I said we (my mom, Nana, Grandpa, and I) were having dinner there in about 20 minutes, and that he could join us. SO we sat outside the place and called our respective people. My mom said she had fallen asleep and therefor would not be coming. Then Lars was like, "I don't want to spend money and my mom made ravioli, so I'm gonna go." Well, I didn't want to spend an hour or so with my grandpa, so I called my mom and told her to tell my Nana I was rain-checking for later. So, when I got home, I was really tired and so was he. So I spent from about 6:00pm to about 9:45pm watching tv and the like.
Then, at 9:45ish, we went down to Hollywood video to return 'In Good Company' and look at other movies. THen we went ot their local grocer's. Lars started talking in an Irish accent so I joined in. Then he bought something and we walked back. Throughout the trip we talked about stupid people on 'The Scholar', Macey Grey, accents (and people with them), and him getting friendly with statues of confederate solders and random light poles. When we got back to his place, he made me play 'Name that Tune' while he played the piano (which he rocks at by the way) and we started singing 'A Whole Knew World'. THen, we went downstairs and watched a bunch of music videos:
Skye Sweetnam - Tangled Up in Me
Fefe Dobson - Everything (awesome acoustic version)
Paula COle - I don't wanna Wait
M2M - Mirror Mirror (more than 3 times...and with microphones and "dancing" and mimicking...it was awesome)
Jesse McCartney - Beautiful Soul
and a few Ryan Cabrera songs.
....oh, and "Top 10 Things to do this Summer" video made by Holly and Carly. (He thought Carly's dance was funny, and he thought Holly's fighting scene was great)
And now I'm back in my "own" room, typing this.
I so need to take pictures of this month so I never forget...and so Holly can finally see him.
I hope we still can hang out sometimes when he leaves for Harvard.
