uhm I hope you don't get mad. but "must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position" majorly grammatically wrong?

the main mistake is redundancy. "must" equals "required for" so you should not put both in the same sentence/phrase.

similarly, there are too many verbs in the phrase. in job ads like this, the subject is a silent "you," and thus "1 year of working experience" is the direct object of the verb "must have." "is required for" is treating the direct object like a subject, which is incorrect.

"the" is used for specific nouns, and should be replaced with "a." alternatively, if the related field in question is specific, then it should be named.
