DUDE! I know what you mean! I used to do those randomly all the time when I was like 8. I knew them as "teddy bears" though. Don't know where the name came from, but whoever taught me them first said that was what they were called.

But seriously, I'd be say, at my aunt's in the yard and just decide to do that and stay there in that position. *grins*
