My sister and I fought like caged rats.

Um, in my experience, fighting is not what happens when one puts a male and female rat in the same cage. Although that is what I was told they were doing when I was little.

I should have put "starved rats", I was very tired when I wrote this. I was trying to imply that we were remorselessly savage to eachother growing up.
