Ooh this postcard swap thing sounds great.

I was supposed to get a penpal long ago but in the end my parents didn't allow it. Now I certainly do feel like sponsoring a child, it's really rewarding in a sense. Perhaps I'll rope my family in too. My parents were thinking of adopting a child.

Why did your parents think of adopting a child? As in when they already had you or before that?
