I dunno, maybe you should call your mom up and ask. The next time you're in Chicago you could try to look up the actual paper records, like at City Hall or something. (I've only ever seen it done in movies and tv shows so I have no idea how it actually works.) But who would you rather find out from, your mom or some paperwork?
