Which city is your brother moving to? It would be so cool if you could come to Germany! And it would be a great chance to visit Denmark as well!
You can try to study a little German, the grammar is quite similar zu English. e.g. "my name is" would be "Mein Name is" ;)

Yeah, I guess I could try to learn some easy German. I mean, I'm sure it can't be harder than Japanese, right? I think I would mostly need help with pronunciation. Maybe there are some videos I could watch.

I don't think my brother told me exactly where he's moving... I think he will be living near or on the military base, though.

Yeah I think pronunciation could be a little difficult, like the "ch" sound or Umlaute (ä, ö, ü). But I guess Japanese is more difficult ;)

There are one or two bases quite near to where I live. Would be so funny if it was one of them!
