Friends Only

I have been thinking for some while about going 'Friends Only'. No particular reason other than privacy. About 90% of my posts are 'Friends Only' any way so I may as well make it permanent.

I don't know if there is any one out there who reads my LJ and who isn't friended and who would like to be. If there is, let me know otherwise I will assume

Are you 'friends only' at the moment? I can never remember who is and who isn't any more! As I flock most of my posts and only make the odd few public, I thought I would make all posts 'friends only'. I only have a small flist compared with others but there may be people out there who pop in to see my public posts and I don't want to shut them out if they would like to be friended.

Yes I've had a couple of those too. Do you know how to make a friends only banner? I recall reading somewhere about having to date it in the future to keep it at the top of the page but I can't recall any details.
