I'll be 40 in 2010 - the older I get, the easier life seems to get, the more self-confidence I have and the less I worry about what other people think, or about how I "should" be behaving. I don't miss my 20s one little bit!

I'm sure the point will come when this will cease to be true but at the moment ageing definitely seems to confer benefits.
