I have this problem with James Patterson in that I dislike books being advertised on telly...

Don't ask me why. I think it's because these ads are usually quite well made and I start to think 'Yeah, that's a film I'd quite like to see' then I find out it's a book and I feel a bit cheated. It's almost as if I feel I need to create my own view of the characters rather than have the impression of the advert in my mind when I read...

Keep books and TV separate dammit!
