Started reading on Sunday and so far I've finished four books. I'm trying to hold off on the last one because I wouldn't get anything done if I started.

YEAH?? after seeing the commercials it looks like something I'd totally be totally into, totally. I mean, harry potter meets greek gods? YESPLZ.

perhaps I borrow the first one from the libary this weekend :D

Except. I think it's kind of .....better? than Harry Potter. It's funny. And it's just like GREEEEEEEEEK GOOOOOOOOODS. And Percy is the most badass 12 YEAR OLD. EVER. EVER. EVER.

yeah i saw the preview for the movie and i was like UM WOW HOW HAVE I NOT READ THESE FUCKING BOOKS YET?! so i'm gonna have to obtain them over here somehow.

I heartily recommend them. And the movie intrigued me which got me interested in reading the books. But of course once I read the books, I'm now kind of....disappointed in the movie, almost exactly how I feel about the Harry Potter movies. *sigh*
