The last few days seem to have found me swimming a tad more than I normally would.
Has been a while since I put up a random Andy on a diet post. I've got my weight down to about 87.8kg - not great, but a fair improvement on the 95 it was a couple of months ago.
Swimming has been quite productive and I've managed to ramp up the amount I have been doing.
On Sunday I tried doing two lengths of breast stroke, followed by two lengths of crawl. I seemed to do OK with this routine and ended up doing 80 lengths - 800m of crawl, 800m of breaststroke. On Monday I decided I had a bit more spare time and ended up doing 100 lengths, again split evenly between the two stroke. I jokingly commented to
pierot last night that if this trend continued, I'd be up to 120 lengths today... So 1,200m of crawl and 1,200m of breaststroke later, I'm feeling like I've had a productive few days on my exercise regime.
I've gone from comfortably in 40" jeans, to comfortably in 38" and possibly close to going down to 36" soon.
