I glad we know now that it was God who brought Castiel back and stuck Dean and Sam on the plane last week. I was worried for a second when Castiel was talking about being cut off from heaven, thankfully that's just because God is MIA.
Those rib carvings were awesome. I didn't realize it would be all over the ribs. Pretty.
Castiel got a cellphone. If I make another Castiel on the Sims I won't be able to make him a technophobe.
So Sam gave Dean a necklace that can find God when he was like eight? And Sam got it from Bobby, who apparently had no idea what it was. Interesting. Ahh, and it was originally meant to be Papa's, just like he was originally meant to be the righteous man who shed blood in hell.
After the little:
"I feel naked"
"I'll be in touch"
I couldn't help but add "with your naked self". Oh, the love.
So Castiel is off to find God, but what if God doesn't want to be found? Obviously he knows what's going on. He brought back Castiel and saved the Winchesters, I would think that if he wanted to help in some other way he would.
Just how many towns are there in the US with only one way in or out? I really doubt there are as many as this show would lead one to believe.
Did Sam not notice that the two "demons" he stabbed with the knife didn't do that whole electrocution-y looking thing, like they usually do? And if he did, why not mention that little detail to Dean? All in all, they seemed a little bit slow on the uptake in this episode.
The most shocking part of the episode wasn't the boys deciding to split up (without an argument, no less!), but Dean offering Sam the Impala. Holy crap! You don't give your baby to an unstable person! He could've at least offered Sam a ride somewhere, though. They were in the middle of nowhere.
