College sucks!!!!!I love my classes but I hate the people here! I hate that the only thing people do for fun is go off to the bars. :(
Yeah, apparently the people who own the two big bars round here (in freaking Hempstead omggg) pay off the cops. As long as yer 18 and have a college ID, they'll serve you alcohol. And if the cops actually show up, they call + warn the bar ahead of time that they're coming lmaooo. And even when they arrive, they're like "OK KIDS NO ALCOHOL. BUT uhh YOU CAN HAVE THESE $6 SHOTS." This totally boggles my mind! But at least the other students are enjoying it. Hmph.
I've literally sat around all day. Left my dorm to do laundry, and to get food.
That's another thing! I don't eat here! So much for Freshmen 15... I ate more at home, when I had a well-stocked pantry and fridge at all times. All I've eaten today is a bagel and banana. WTFFF. I used to be an eating machine!
Anyway blah blah blah I wish I could transfer but my mother would never let me. Her primary goal is for me to be a lawyer (er, when did I express any interest in THAT?), and when that doesn't work out, I'm gonna be a speech therapist, apparently. Sigh. I wish I could have gone to art school. I hate having to be ~ambitious~
