PokeNaru Spoilers
Since my inspiration/motivation to continue my weird PokeNaru stories--and Caught in the Whirlpool in particular--has faded, here's a little outline of what I intend/intended to happen.
SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS....
Caught in the Whirlpool
-Kyuumaru confronts Kyuubi on her behavior
-Inaho starts snooping on Kushina, gets a few good shots
-Katsuro and Naruto have a little final confrontation?
-“Smoker’s” name (the dude that triggered the pokemon escape from the smugglers) is Kemuri (smoke)/Goro punishes him
-At the close, Kushina catches a glimpse of Lugia out in the sea
-Naruto's friends stumble over various tabloids and react to the main story...
A New Jounery
-Kushina and Minato are hosting a little party at Kushina's place to celebrate their marriage
-Jiraiya is among the invitees and checks in with them on how things are going
-Jiraiya hears that Naruto isn't handling his tabloid noteriety well and makes an offer
-Jiraiya tracks down Naruto (who's sulking in his room) and invites him along on a trip to explore a far away region that might export pokemon to the elemental countries in the future (Gen VI pokemon)
-Since his inclusion is last-minute and there's a lot of red tape involved in bringing along foreign pokemon, Naruto will have to leave all his monsters behind and start over fresh
-Naruto opts to go, and the one-shot(?) ends with him choosing a Fennekin [Kurama]
Other possible Gen VI pokemon for Naruto:
-Froakie (female) [Gama-chan]
-Pumpkaboo (multiple, multiple sizes)
-At least one fairy type
-Upon his return to home, he gives special pokemon eggs to his parents (Minato: Dedenne, Kushina: Azurill)
-Jiraiya also obtains a Froakie (of course)
Miscellaneous spoilers:
-The black egg that Sasuke obtains contains a Zorua (shiny?)
