Here are some more canon (well, mostly canon) Naruto characters if they were Pokemon trainers.  Their line-ups are rough and subject to change.  Just because I worked out teams for them doesn't mean that they'll appear in anything.

So I know this is a bit late according to translations, Kishimoto confirms that Bolt's name is meant to honor Neji (which means screw I guess). Besides that, he's got an actual bolt on a necklace and it looks like in his brief illustration for the Boruto Movie, he's got a giant wrench , though that might just be for illustration purposes. I like what you have for Bolt's team but knowing the above info, would you consider giving him a steel type pokemon (like drillbur/excadrill) based on his name or a different pokemon correlating with Neji?

Maybe Bolt will get a steel-type at some point, I dunno.
