Oh, and my dryer gets slow when its vent gets clogged. Just pulling out some of the fluff I can grab from behind the lint screen helps a lot. No clue if it'll help here, but might be worth a try.
As far as I could tell, there was no lint screen in the dryer. Anyhow all that time was just spent on washing the damn stuff and it was still sopping wet (the water wasn't draining from the washing machine) and then an hour in the "dryer" only made them both hot and wet (I could still wring water from them afterwards). So now they've been hanging in the apartment for seven hours, I have a train to catch in less than two hours, and I'd be fucking pissed off if I wasn't so goddamn tired.
And, yeah, there might be "a service for that" but coin laundry shouldn't be so fucking complicated. And, oh yeah, it's a little too late for that anyhow. Especially since it looks like in the meantime I've ruined one of my favorite shirts.
