It's snowing here.  Someone across the street is pulling two kids along the sidewalk on a sled.

All of the U-bahn (subway) stations have (working!) escalators, but the doors on the trains must be opened manually; the fancier newer trains have an electronic sensor you just palm but the older ones have an actual handle you have to pull.  Extra-fun if

Yesterday at the cafeteria for lunch I had an amazing steak. With butter. Relatedly, I didn't eat for like three or four days while my body had no idea what time it was, but any weight lost will soon be remedied.

Oh yeah, did we forget to tell you - all Germany serves is meat. Really good meat. No such thing as vegetables
