Good Point Mol!

I sometimes feel resentment about our abundance, which leads me to overeating. Instead I should be grateful for the choice, and make better choices.

Yay fruit in winter! Yay ice in summer, yay enough money to buy whatever food I want and not have to think too hard about it.

PS thanks for the tablets, I havent woven with them yet, but I am excited to.

When people clean out units they often have a pantry worth of food. They leave it outside of my garage-it is usually staples like canned beans and ravioli, stick to your ribs food.

I give it away to scrappers and guys on bicycles. They ask me why I give so much food away and I have to explain to them that it exceeds my caloric and nutritional needs. OR in other words.......the red beans and rice don't miss me. I cannot be eatin' the soul food on the regular.

I prolly gave away 200+ pounds of canned food in the last month and spices, meal seasonings.

I have lost a pant size last month and want to lose another one.
