i'm suspended from work for 3 days. i'm 1/2 upset about it (i'll be $200 short next paycheck) and 1/2 happy for the surprise vacation. i'll be spending my time at choke design and hanging out with the dog, trying not to spend money. -

HEAT WAVE! It's like 100 degrees outside. Every time I go out, I start sweating in like 2 minutes.
Today is my day off so I am being Chris' assistant at Choke design company because his partner never seems to want to show up to work. I'm going through intern applications and it's a lot of fun! -

It's been a week, but here are memorial day pictures. Nate had a bday mexican bbq and Sunday, Chris and I went to my aunts cabin, then later to his dads house.

Level 2 had its opening on Thursday night, so Chris and I got dressed up and super drunk. Chris had been working on all their design work for the past few months and it was great to see everything finally come together. Everyone really loved the website and the menu, so he had a great time networking all night. It was free martinis and champagne ( Read more... ) -

I made sangria yesterday and drank almost the whole pitcher by myself. Erin, John, Brian, Rav and our new neighbor came over and hung out on the balcony. We discussed hermaphrodites, literature, zoos and sharks. It was fun.
