Hi! I'm sorry for spamming your LJ and leaving an irrelevant comment, but I couldn't find your e-mail address on your info page. I recently asked themorningstarr if I could informally interview her about living in El Paso for a paper I'm writing on the U.S.-Mexico and U.S.-Canada borders, and she mentioned that you lived there as well and might be able to provide some information.
