He looks up with a smile for her and a chuckle for Dragon.
"A few hours. I wandered a bit and puttered a bit, then discovered that the mail was here, with all that we missed. I figured I would sort if at least."
"I'm all right. The stiffness will pass soon enough. I don't want to take any more medicine than I absolutely have to, no matter how safe they say it is.'
She eyes the pile of post, and wrinkles her nose.
"Anything good in all that, or is it mostly rubbish?"
She takes the pile and begins sorting the obvious rubbish from the things that might be important.
"I can't believe how many people want to give us credit cards. Credit card, credit card, sweepstakes, credit card..."
She was mostly murmuring quietly to herself as she tossed the junk mail into a pile near her feet, then she recognized a name on one of the envelopes addressed to her.
"oh! Here's something from that parenting magazine I subscribed to. Important, do not discard. I thought you paid that one online? Traditional Parenting?"
