All my pants are literally falling down.
I thought the elastic or the material at the waist is wearing out.
Went to a doctor appt yesterday and weighed in with a loss of twenty pounds since I left NY.
I rarely pull out the scale + weigh myself at home.
Looked at some older photos and yup, lost it w/o realizing it.
Physical pain is the best -
