*creeps out of the LJ woodwork to SNUG you warmly* Lots going on for you right now. (And yelling bingo is probably over-rated. ;-))

Thank you my friend! I have a distinct memory of yelling at you to get your ass out of that wolf get up so we could get to drinking. Or was that dinner? No matter. What is happening at the big cat rescue?

Hehehe. Oh, yes. :) Not something one gets to shout just any day.

Will you be at Infinitus next week? I'm woefully behind on LJ. :P Bad friend. No biscuit.

And the big cat rescue continues trundling along. Wolf puppies are almost grown up, but still like laps occasionally. Little white tiger is probably 400 lbs and lives with his lioness girlfriend. And, if you ARE at Infinitus, the two founders of the place (Mindy and Doug) will be with me there. Mindy's a huge Potter fan, too. (And, like the rest of us, is part of the general Snape Adoration Society.) Can't wait to introduce her about a bit.

I won't be at Infinitus. Now is not the time to be scampering about. Must be a dutiful parent and be stable. I know you will have a wonderful time. Remind Mindy to blink, its easy to get overwhelmed at first when surrounded with other Potter freaks fans!!

{{hugs}} you honey bun.

Why is losing weight difficult? Because food tastes so good... not to mention all the stress is not helping.

We are here for you.

*squidges you like mad* My brother also had a crazy-ass, phony, awful girlfriend that he finally broke up with after he caught her in bed with another man. Why do brothers have to be such idiots about girls? They just need to stop going after high maintenance shrews.

I'm so sorry about the earwig but am very curious to know how it got in there.

My summer has been good now that crazy insane GAAAH June is OVER. Too many performances, not enough time to prepare music equals grumpy mad sleep-deprived Libby. One concert in July, one concert in August, and all is well. Auditioned for two kick-ass solos today. It went well. If I don't get one of them, then I am confident that we will have someone insanely good doing the singing.

Jeopardy Kids is freaking adorable.

That's about it!

PS re: weight, I find I pack it on when I'm stressed. Thus, having a glass of wine and varying up your routine are the best things you can do. *hugs*

The earwig was hiding in the straw of my water bottle. I had left it out overnight and apparently he squeezed in there. Last night I made darn sure to tuck it away safely in the fridge.

I have not seen Jepardy Kids. I wonder if I could answer more of the questions then??

Fingers are crossed that you land your solos. When are you going to go pro with your singing?

Ew ew for sneaky earwigs. You are smart to take defensive measure! I think the kids are ages 10-13, and they're pretty darned smart- they get some clues (especially about presidents and geography) that I don't, but I still know music way better ;D

I am waiting VERY impatiently to find out about the solos. I don't really have a preference, I'd just like to have one of them because OMG they're awesome. Hee, I have been paid cash money to sing before, so I guess I've technically gone pro, for all that most of my choral work is nonprofit. However, singing well in front of a bunch of entertainment industry professionals (such as on this upcoming concert) could prove to be a rawther important gig. So we'll see. And I'll wait. WITH GREAT IMPATIENCE!
