Enjoying A Day Off

Yesterday I didn't work anywhere so I took advantage of it. Me and my mom went downtown. We ate lunch at A Spot of Tea, which is a little cafe-type restaurant. It serves strawberry iced tea that's so good. I ate a grilled Reuben sandwhich.

After lunch we went to the Exploreum, a science center. We watched the IMAX film about Dinosaurs. Outside

Wow, that looks so cool!!! I hope you had a good time going out on your day off! I'm quite jealous. The weather looks really nice too! I mean, people in t-shirts! That would be soo nice!

We had some great weather yesterday. I think we had a high of about 73. Sunshine too. A big difference to the rain and flash flood warnings of Wednesday.

Btw, I read in the paper today that the cruise ship didn't leave until almost 12 midnight last night. There was a problem with fog. We could see it rolling in yesterday as we were leaving the waterfront.
