They do listen to our calls. The good part is, if you get your results early in the month you can slack off a bit because you know you won't get QAd again until the next month. Otherwise, you have to be mondo perfecto for the whole freaking month. I mean, I do a great job, I get kudos from customers all the time, I'm just not really good at remembering minor things like saying my name again at the end of the call. Makes me feel like a dork!
