Yarr! The party's herrre!
Sweet Mother of God, it has been over a month since I actually posted something.
Well, the past week and a half at least, I can say that I have been busy as all get out.
And it all culminated today in Benjamin's birthday party. Or, Capt. Benji's pirate adventure.

Good Lord. I am worn out.
I've spent the past week, gathering food, decor, games and the like for his pirate party.
I just wish I had had more time to prep things (including myself) before people showed up.
But, as expected, some came early. One or two didn't come at all.
And it would seem the kids had a good time.
Got pirate hats for the boys, made eye patches, even a pirate ship cake.
Well, it was intended to be a pirate ship cake. I don't think it really looked like one until the sails went in, and even then it was pushing it. It was a definite Cake Wrecks candidate.
But the Mommies seem to get along great and my parents came.
