You can buy a place in boston for 300,000?! Thats the cost of an average sized house here in otown

yeah, but these places are only 1-2 bedrooms so i guess they are still kind of a rip off, but a BEAUTIFUL ripoff

Though I'm far from recommending underage marriage, won't it be easier when you are? Then you can have a lovely apartment and share a bed/rent/mortgage payment. Is it sad that that's the only marriage perk I can think of?
