part i.
Character name: Balthazar (Blake Angler)
Fandom: Constantine
Species: half-demon
Character powers: illusions, bees, immunity to fire, psychic sensitivity, influence, some magic, some physical advantages

part ii.
1.) Is it acceptable for your character to be mind-controlled or persuaded? How susceptible are they to mind control, hypnotism, or suggestion?
Yes, but Balthazar is very difficult to mentally control, and practically impervious to hypnotism or suggestion, as those are basically his own powers. Additionally, his mind/mental processes are no longer completely human. As long as you'r character is sufficiently powerful, though, go for it.
2.) Is it acceptable for your character to have their mind read? Does this include traumatic memories? What is their mind like (disturbing, orderly, joyful, surprisingly empty, etc.)? If the character has psychic walls or preventative measures against psychic interference, please explain.
It's also really difficult to read his mind, which is a horrible place anyway. It's not quite human, definitely predatory and sociopathic, has many, many disturbing images and ideas, and has had very recent stretches of pain and torture. So part of what makes his mind difficult to read is its nature — somewhat alien and also full of Hell — and natural psychic defenses.
3.) Are thoughts mentioned in narration acceptable for a telepath to pick up?
No, he's usually much too guarded for that.
4.) What about emotions, in the case of an empath? What sort of general emotional reading would such a character receive from yours?
There aren't many emotions for an empath to read. He generally only has things like amusement, creepy interest, and sometimes irritation or resignation.
5.) Are there any aspects of your character's mind, emotions, or memories you would like to be picked up, mentioned, or used in character? Conversely, is there anything that should not be noticed, or at least never mentioned?
He's just come from being tortured in the pits of Hell, and that is his overwhelming memory right now, more than anything else if you manage to get that far. He is also deeply invested in the Constantine family.

part iii.
1.) Physically speaking, what stands out about your character? Imposing size? Physical scarring? Tattoos?
He's 6'0 and looks sleazy as fuck. Perhaps more pressingly, if your character is psychic or attune to the supernatural in some way, there is a high chance they can see his real face, which is just totally gross. This is not just a metaphysical thing, his demon face is right beneath his human skin and can be revealed with holy water, or if he chooses to reveal it himself. Sometimes his eyes take on a red glow, too. Even if your character can't see his face, if they are sensitive in some way, they might see that red flash from time to time, but for the most part, he has control over that.
2.) Is your character immune to any of the following: poisons, chemical agents, telekinetic influence, radiation, or types of illnesses?
Poisons, chemical agents, radiation, and most illnesses will most likely not affect him. His body is more toxic and terrible than they are.
3.) Is your character physiologically different from a human in any way? This can include their blood, skin, hair, et cetera being made up of something unusual or simply differing in construction and durability.
Besides the demon nougat center, his blood is black and oily (it starts out red but that's ~fakery~), and it can actually harm living things, like make them sick or even outright kill small/weak things.
4.) Are you amenable to having your character be harmed in any way? How far are you comfortable with injury to you character going? Does this include being fed on by vampires, willingly or unwillingly?
Yes, please feel free. Maiming is great. Though quite possibly vampires would not wish to feed on him. Actually getting his blood in their mouth might do something awful, I'll leave it up to the other player if that happens.
5.) Is it acceptable for other characters with abilities of shapeshifting or disguise to imitate your character? Does this include ability mimicry?
Sure.

part iv.
1.) Can your character's presence or aura be noticed by other characters, and how would it look/feel to them? How would it manifest to a character with no supernatural abilities, if at all?
His aura is a dark, murky red, and assuming your character is familiar with how evil feels, distinctly evil. A character without supernatural abilities would not notice the aura, but they probably would notice the fact Balthazar is a slimy jerk.
2.) Can your character be affected by magic spells and curses?
Yes, but they may not work as well as they might on humans.
3.) Can your character be affected by sin and corruption, and be tempted toward expressing their darker urges (of whatever flavor)?
... not really, he's about as horrible as he can be. THIS IS HIS JOB, IDK.
4. What sort of sins is the character prone toward, and how might they best be tempted, if you are interested in such an event?
He's not really susceptible to this kind of thing. He himself is definitely a horrible person but it's not in human terms, not really describable as any of the seven sins.
5.) Are you amenable to the character receiving prophetic visions, including as part of a plot?
Sure.

part v.
1.) Is canon-puncturing or fourth-walling acceptable? We encourage people to tread extremely lightly with allowing their character to learn they are fictional.
Sure, it won't make a difference to him.
2. Is threadjacking allowed? Under what circumstances?
Please feel free to do so whenever you want.
3. Is it acceptable for canonmates that are updated further than yours to inform your character of events yours has not yet experienced?
Sure. He's from the end of the movie anyway.
4. Are there triggering or upsetting topics you would like other characters to avoid mentioning to yours for the sake of continued comfort (racist words, homophobia, self-injury, etc.)?
No.
