Oh Boy!

Apparently I have gone on a book spending spree. I've purchased several books (most at a good deal - score!) but have yet to read any of them. They are stacked up on an end table in my living room and on my night stand. If things work out this weekend, I may actually have time to get more personal reading accomplished

As I'm rapidly becoming a bookworm, I managed to get a Hennepin County library card and am VERY excited about. I was even more excited that I would be able to start using it as soon as I was done with Pygmy by Chuck Palahniuk. But then today I was tooling around in my kitchen (where I keep my bookshelves) and discovered three more books I need to read before I go borrowing, plus another one I have on loan from a friend. D'oh! It may be a month or two before I get to start using the library card.

That story had no point except to tell it.

I forgot to mention, Pygmy was one of the books we read for my book club. Or maybe I mentioned that on one of your posts. I don't really remember now. Something is wrong with my brain...That is all.
