Book Recommendation

I know several of you on my FL are looking for good summer books. I just finished "A Thousand Splendid Suns" by Kahled Hosseini, he also wrote "The Kite Runner" (which I read two years back on Cyndi's recommendation).  This book was so good.  I stayed up til midnight to finish it last night because I had to know how it would end.   Bonus points

LOL, I'm reading it now. I'm loving it so far, but I only read when I'm in the pick-up line at camp, so I'm making slow progress. I'm going to have to block out some uninterrupted time to just plow through it.

Oh you have some serious restraint! My Mom read it in two days, it took me like 4 but I do have these darn kids interrupting me:)

It is so good. I could so feel for the characters & it makes me feel like I should be more educated about the humanitarian side of things over there. Both his books are great, well written stories, but they also make such a political statement, without being political.

Good to know since we're heading to the beach in a couple of weeks. But I wonder if I'll have a free second to read?

Thanks for getting back to me about the Boppy. I know my friend would love to have it. I completely understand not wanting anymore baby stuff in the house too:)
