Gym day 1

I spent only 20 mins on the bike this morning before work. Will be heading there on Saturday again for a longer workout, I hope.

20 minutes is excellent! Make sure you don't push too hard at first, your body needs time to adjust to being active. :) I started out after my knee injury by just walking half a mile and did that for a few weeks before moving up to a mile. Yes, I was probably more cautious then I needed to be but fear of injury is very scarey for me.
