He was halfway through the joke... when his radio feed cut out. We all know he couldn't finish a witty statement on his own. His little stare-into-space-and-smirk expression has creeping me out through the whole debate. I couldn't decide if he was playing with himself behind that podium, or if he was thinking "Did I leave the oven on back at the White House?"
