A Recommendation to the Olympic Selection Committee

Making a king sized bed against a wall with a toddler climbing all over it should be an Olympic sport. Seriously. It requires skill, patience, training, and self discipline.

Definitely. We could add cleaning the bathroom and stopping toddler from putting his hands in the loo, tidying up the house whilst stopping the toddler from hurling himself downstairs, cleaning up the kitchen before toddler empties drawers and cupboards all over the floor...we deserve medals for this stuff ;)

I always love reading your thoughts on life with children. They are so true, and we can all relate. Our challenge lately has been getting the dishes done. Sam just LOVES climbing up and in to the dishwasher. He LOVES to help take everything out, as I am putting things in. And, he especially LOVES helping me with the glassware when everything is clean. Yikes - It takes forever, but I just love my baby boy :o)

I'm thinking that the toddler/ bed making event is just one of a series of amazing accomplishments that mothers do on a daily basis. These events are very under-recognized ( ... )
