Just got home from court. My DUI as a Minor got amended to a 1st offense DUI. I dont know if thats good or bad. i know judge Thornton is a B word and that i have a new court date at 10am on dec 13. she said for me to expect to lose my liscense. my mom got me a lawyer i think

check that out, thats the expected punishments,
im assuming that by first offense dui its taken as you being 21 and over, which is better.
