Idol tonight
I'm seriously missing my paid account right now. There simply aren't enough allowed icons on the plus account for my tastes.
Anyway...
So I was taking a look at the song list available for songs from the cinema this week and...
First of all, I'm a little shocked. Here I was thinking the Idols had hundreds of songs to choose from. Turns out, they don't. This week's song list was upped from 34 choices, to 50. 50? Really? That hardly seems like enough to have a variety of possibilities to choose from.
After a quick glance at the list, I think I've found the perfect songs for two of the contestants (also? a handful of songs that no one should sing, for various reasons):
Lee: Iris
Big Mike: Kiss From a Rose (though I could see him singing Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman and doing really well with it)
I can't really pick anything for Crystal (which is frustrating...she's my favorite on the show and none of the songs available really seem right for her) or Casey (though there were a couple that I think he might do well with).
