I am sick and tired of all these motherfucking shakes on this motherfucking plain

Here's something to cheer everyone up a bit after that very rude awakening. A 5.1 at 7:48am! How rude! This one actually knocked a few things over again, which none of the others had done up to this point. How is a girl supposed to maintain her beauty products if they keep getting knocked over by aftershocks?

Now, do I risk the shower? I think I ( Read more... )

Lol, I really like this sketch. They are so funny! What's not funny is all these frigging aftershocks!
I've just left my beauty products all fallen over under the bathroom sink, can't be bothered rigting them ^_^ And how are we suppose to get any of our beauty sleep either!

Isn't it though! All these aftershocks and shit, they're well bad. Do not like, man.

I need to wash my hair, very very badly.

Yay mitchell and webb and armstrong and miller!

So your water is definately not contaminated and showers ok?
We are not keen on showering and getting bugs as we are so close to the damaged water and sewerage area of town.

Also it maybe was a quack from another fault over Lyttleton way or it could be the very end of this current fault. But if it is a new one then we get to have aftershocks from both faults. So not impressed.

Cath and I set up a wee salon in our bathroom and washed our hair over the sink, which worked really well. So you could do that aswel if you really need to wash your hair. Get your flatmates to help, makes it easier ^_^

I've already had a shower now. I was careful tho! My sink isn't really big enough to be washed over anyway =/

Well there's still the general "boil it twice" rule but I am careful not to get it in my face or anything. I just needed to wash my hair and that's the quickest way to do it. We didn't lose our water at any point, so I figured that we're reasonably safe. And I hate feeling smelly and yucky, especially since I will be dealing with people today. I made it quick too, didn't want there to be another shake while I was in there!

Geonet was sayin Lyttleton, I think?

Another one!!! Fucking fuck, I've only been out of the shower for 5 mins! We're going crazy today...

Robert Webb? He looks quite similar to another actor that I get him mixed up with sometimes... hang on. Marc Warren. Tho now I look at the pic properly they don't actually look all that similar. He's got a tiny bit of a Paul Bettany look to him too. He was in Confetti if you've seen that? (with Martin Freeman, wheee!)

Marc Warren, yes. I think I just saw him in Wanted, that's why he's so familiar. But at first I totally thought it was Paul Bettany too. XD
