Last night's This is England. I thought it was really good, actually -- even if the last few minutes were somewhat shocking. I was browsing around and I read a few comments on the ol' web wherein people were unimpressed at how TIE'86 is basically a kind of bad Shameless, or something -- I've never watched Shameless, so I can't comment -- and also

I enjoyed it, but it was pretty shocking at the end. O_O That poor girl. Her biggest scene of the show and...that, happens to her! Lol's dad is such a bastard, I could see it coming a mile off, I kept thinking, "Get out of there!" :/

I know! And the fact that you knew it was coming didn't make it any easier to watch (...not that it should be 'easy' to watch but jkgdg you know what I mean).
