Reminding yourself that you are great at your job, and even reminding yourself you are a people person and strive to get through and help is soooooo necessary! That feeling of "Aaaaah, I helped out like 25 people today who were just totally fucked totally makes my day", is the only reason I'd willingly put up with such levels of STOOPID.

It used to pay really well, too.
