Thanksgiving is a Little Late This Year

Better late than never I always say (mostly because I am always running late I guess). And so it was that we had a late Thanksgiving with my side of the family today

Well, on to the next Holiday. Why are some many of them all at the same time of year?

It's that "winter is settling in and the nights are long; oh god, we need an excuse for a party" thing.
