Guacamole

So this time I said I would write about guacamole (wonder if I spelled that right..). Any ways, I always hated the stuff, but I was told I had to try some at On the Border when we went with Rosemary and Keith. Rose ordered it and they came and made the stuff fresh right at the table

Guacamole is SO good and so very, very easy. It's like a little object lesson in the importance of good ingredients.

I totally agree!! Often times the simplest solution is the best solution. And in this case just a few good ingredients makes something far better than things with many.
