FIRE!!!!!!

OK-see-I was making some french fries on the stove. I had the oil on high which I think you are supposed to do. But maybe I had too many fries-I don't know.When I put the fries in the hot oil, the oil began to rise over the pan and onto the HIGH heat coils.And then.....flames ensued. Tall flames so I couldnt reach the dial to turn the heat off. So
