Kiska had a bit of a time yesterday at the vet. Poppa took her as I had to get ready for work and he reported that she was combative the whole way. No surprise there! At one point, as they were trying to draw blood, she reached back and dug her claws into the wall and left some good scratches! He Had to leave her there for a few hours though

They do keep you on your toes now don't they?

I'm sure Kiska will be fine.

I've gotta take Flip back to the vet, I'm gonna wait til he's done with his antibiotics, which is another week's worth... and then have them test him. After a strange series of events, it seems that a neighbor's cat (who had been in the same day as Flip) had gotten into a fight. The only reason I think one of my neighbors cats didn't bite flip is because his cat has one fang, and I was told that Flip had two fang marks in his tail. Anyway... this neighbor came to tell me on Friday that his cat's got FIV. Which I know I probably can't sue him, if Flip has it... but he's goddamn irresponsible for letting this cat roam around if his cat has it. So I'll be taking Flip in for his tests.

Let's hope that the two fang marks mean that Flip is in the clear!! Bitten by the other cat or not, all they really have to do is spit at each other, I think. :(
