I thought my mom was exaggerating about how wonderful goodwill is for kids clothes, but she apparently wasn't. ALL clothes (dresses, pants, complete outfits, shirts, skirts, church clothes) for kids 4 and under are $.99. This includes name brands (gap, old navy, osh kosh, department store brands) and neverworn items that still had original price
